1. These terms and your order

These terms apply to Bizzy Fox’s website and digital kits, guides, workbooks, templates, tools, and resources. The individual product listing identifies what you are buying. Review that listing and these terms before placing an order. Purchases are intended for adults who can enter a binding contract; a minor must have a parent or legal guardian make and supervise the purchase.

The price, currency, applicable taxes, and any expressly disclosed charges appear at checkout. No subscription or recurring charge is included unless the offer clearly identifies one and you authorize it. Checkout and payment services have their own applicable terms. An inquiry, preview, or coming-soon page is not a completed purchase.

2. Digital delivery and refunds

Products are digital; no physical items are shipped unless expressly stated. Delivery, requirements, and support are described on our Support & digital downloads page.

All digital sales are final. No change-of-mind refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered after purchase, including after access or download. Contact us for delivery problems, incorrect or defective files, material listing discrepancies, or duplicate charges. Corrections and legally required refunds remain available. 3. Your product license

Unless the listing or an included license expressly grants broader rights, a purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, keep backup copies, print, and use the materials for personal learning and the internal operation of one business they own or operate.

You may apply the knowledge to your work and adapt worksheets for that permitted use. Customer-facing templates may be used in your own business only where the listing or included license expressly allows it. Client-deliverable rights, commercial resale rights, private-label rights, and master resale rights are not included by default.

You may not share download links or source files, sell or give away the resources, upload them to a public library or membership, rebrand them for resale, distribute modified copies, sublicense them, or claim Bizzy Fox’s materials as your own. Do not upload the full resources to an AI service or training dataset without our written permission. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their own licenses.

Bizzy Fox retains rights in its original content, designs, and brand materials. Buying a kit does not give you ownership of the Bizzy Fox name, logos, or fox artwork. Ask us for written permission for any use outside your license.

4. Shared ideas, not exclusive territories

These resources are standardized and may be sold to other customers. A purchase does not reserve a business idea, niche, customer, territory, trademark, or market position. References to a distinctive or curated offer do not grant exclusive rights unless a separate written agreement expressly does so.

5. Educational guidance and your responsibilities

Our content provides general educational and planning information. It is not personalized legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Worksheets, sample contracts, policies, pricing examples, and checklists may need professional review and local adaptation.

You are responsible for researching demand, costs, licenses, permits, taxes, insurance, credentials, client consent, accessibility, privacy, copyright, and platform rules that apply to your activities. A kit does not provide a professional license, certification, job placement, franchise, business registration, platform approval, or permission to use another person’s content or data.

Protect your clients’ information and obtain appropriate authorization before accessing their accounts or systems. Do not send credentials or sensitive client data to Bizzy Fox. Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, rights, and suitability before using them.

6. No guaranteed earnings or results

Purchasing or using a resource does not guarantee income, sales, profit, followers, customers, funding, employment, or business success. Examples, calculators, estimates, stories, and hypothetical scenarios are learning tools, not promises of typical or expected results. Actual outcomes depend on factors including skill, effort, market demand, competition, costs, location, and circumstances. Individual success stories do not establish what you will earn.

7. Third-party platforms and links

References to services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Instawork, Spark Driver, social networks, and AI tools are for identification and education. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Unless explicitly disclosed, Bizzy Fox is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with them.

Third parties control their own eligibility, availability, fees, features, policies, and account decisions. Verify current requirements directly with the provider. Software subscriptions and third-party services are not included unless the listing says so. External links are governed by the destination’s terms and privacy practices. Any compensated recommendation should be identified at the relevant recommendation.

8. Requests, articles, and submitted stories

Sending a kit idea or general suggestion does not guarantee production or give you exclusive rights to an idea. You retain rights in original material you submit; we may use your message to respond and understand demand. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information that requires a non-disclosure agreement.

A private support email or request is not permission to publish your identity, testimonial, photos, or story. We will seek permission before featuring identifiable customer stories or submitted materials publicly. Only submit material you are authorized to share.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to describe products accurately, but information and third-party requirements can change. The listing’s specific commitments and your non-waivable legal rights remain in effect. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional implied warranties beyond those rights and the express promises in the listing.

To the extent permitted by law, Bizzy Fox is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business profits, arising from use of educational resources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes a remedy for fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct where the law prohibits a limitation.

10. Updates and questions

We may update these terms as products or practices change. The effective date above identifies this version; the terms presented at purchase govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively remove promised product rights. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
