When you sign up, we store your email address, signup page, consent wording, and request and confirmation times. You must confirm your email before joining the subscriber list. Resend processes newsletter subscriptions and email delivery for Bizzy Fox. We send a signup notification to our business inbox after confirmation. Email delivery status and unsubscribe records help us manage subscriptions. A hashed network address is used briefly to limit abuse of the signup form.

1. Information you provide

• Kit requests: your email address, requested kit or idea, selected category, and contact preferences.
• Support and correspondence: the information you include in an email, such as your name, order reference, product, and description of an issue.
• Purchases: the order information made available to us by the checkout provider, such as contact details, purchased products, payment status, and transaction reference. Payment card details are entered with the checkout or payment provider, not into this website’s request forms.
• Stories and testimonials: any information you choose to send. Identifiable stories, photos, or testimonials are published only with permission.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, health records, sensitive financial records, or confidential client information through our forms or email.

2. How the current website works

Your shopping cart is stored in this browser on your device so your selections remain available as you browse. It does not sync between devices. Removing items or clearing site storage clears those selections. When you continue to Payhip checkout, the selected product identifiers are included in the checkout link; payment and delivery are handled by Payhip.

The request forms prepare an email in your email app. Form entries are not automatically submitted to Bizzy Fox; we receive them only if you send that email. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own privacy practices.

The idea matcher and planning calculators process answers in your browser. Article likes are saved locally on your device and do not create a public like count. Notes you save on the opportunity board are stored in your browser’s local storage on that device; the current site does not send those notes to Bizzy Fox. Clear this site’s browser data to remove them, and avoid storing sensitive information on a shared device.

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Pages that load fonts from Google Fonts also connect to Google, which may receive technical connection information. Our hosting platform may use cookies or similar technology for access and security. We do not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts to the current site.

3. How we use information

We use relevant information to answer requests, fulfill and support purchases, resolve access or billing problems, understand which resources customers need, improve our offers, protect against misuse, and maintain records required for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We may summarize request themes without identifying individual customers.

Sending a request or buying a product does not automatically enroll you in promotional emails. We use your stated preferences for optional marketing. You can withdraw a marketing request or unsubscribe using an available email link or by contacting support. Necessary order and support messages may still be sent.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, our processing relies on steps requested before a purchase and contract performance, legal obligations, proportionate legitimate interests in support and security, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

4. When information is shared

We share information as needed with providers that operate the website, email, checkout, payments, file delivery, and related business records. They may process information for us or independently under their own terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When you follow a purchase link to Payhip, Payhip and the payment services shown at checkout handle that transaction under their own policies. Review Payhip’s Privacy & Cookies Policy before entering information there. Google’s information practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, address fraud or security incidents, or protect legal rights. If our business is transferred, relevant records may transfer with it, subject to applicable privacy law and notice requirements. We do not publish your private requests or identifiable customer stories without permission.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including fulfilling orders, support, accounting, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Applicable recordkeeping requirements can prevent immediate deletion of some order records. Local browser notes remain on your device until you remove them or your browser clears them.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service, email system, or storage method can promise absolute security. Protect your devices and receipts, and contact us if you suspect misuse of your order or personal information.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about the information we hold, request correction or deletion, change contact preferences, or ask for a copy by emailing support@bizzyfox.com. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of our response.

We will assess and respond to requests under applicable law, verify identity when necessary, and explain any legal limits. We will not ask for your password or full card number. Where available under law, you may contact the appropriate privacy regulator. We do not penalize customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, although blocking necessary storage may affect saved notes or access. Because the current site does not sell or share information for cross-context advertising, there is no such advertising use to opt out of. Third-party checkout and linked sites provide their own controls.

7. Children and international visitors

The website and paid offers are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Bizzy Fox operates from the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations. Applicable privacy protections and legally required transfer safeguards depend on the provider and the relevant law; this policy does not waive any rights that apply to you.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if our collection or practices change, including when new checkout, email, analytics, or other features are added. The effective date above identifies this version. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change.

Partner applications

We collect the contact details, public page links, role preferences, work samples, availability, and proposed rates you submit to review your application and communicate a decision or status update. Authorized reviewers can access applications stored in our hosted database and application notifications delivered through Resend. Applications are not public and are not added to our newsletter list. We retain applications as reasonably needed for review, follow-up, and recordkeeping; you may request deletion by contacting us. Accepted partner records are retained as needed to administer the relationship and meet recordkeeping obligations. Contact support@bizzyfox.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Submit only work you have permission to share; do not include sensitive personal or confidential client data.
