Contact Bizzy Fox
For product questions, order help, download issues, or privacy requests, email support@bizzyfox.com. We review requests by email. There is no live-chat or phone support.
For order help, include the product name, order or receipt number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots can help; please hide payment details and other sensitive information.
Your purchase is digital
Bizzy Fox kits, guides, workbooks, and marketing resources are digital downloads unless a listing expressly says otherwise. No physical product will be shipped. Binders, coil books, tablets, phones, and accessories shown in product mockups are display examples and are not included.
Read the individual listing for the files, formats, contents, and software requirements included in your purchase. A PDF is not automatically editable or fillable. Paid software, printing, supplies, subscriptions, platform fees, and business expenses are not included unless specifically listed.
Accessing your files
When a product is available for purchase through our connected Payhip checkout, successful payment provides access to a download page, and the receipt email includes a download link. Payment verification or an incorrect email address can delay access. Check your spam or junk folder and keep your receipt.
Use a compatible PDF reader and a device with internet access and enough storage. Download and save a backup for your own permitted use. Check the listing for any stated download limits or access period. If your link stops working or a file will not open, contact us so we can investigate and help restore access to the product you purchased.
A “Request this kit” button sends an inquiry, not an order. It does not reserve a product, collect payment, or guarantee a release date. Request forms open an email draft; you must press Send in your email app to submit it.
Digital downloads & final-sale policy
Digital downloads only. No physical items are shipped. Review the purchase & use terms and privacy policy before buying. Questions or purchase problems? Email support@bizzyfox.com. Non-waivable legal rights remain protected.
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a completed purchase, including after a file has been accessed or downloaded. Digital content can be copied and retained and cannot be returned like a physical product. Please review the description, previews, and requirements before buying, and email us if you have a question.
Changing your plans, buying the wrong product, not using the files, lacking software disclosed in the listing, or not achieving a desired business result does not qualify for a change-of-mind refund.
We still help with purchase problems. If files are missing, corrupted, incorrect, materially different from the listing, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide the appropriate correction, replacement, access help, or refund when warranted or required by law. This final-sale policy does not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Where local law requires express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment that a cancellation right will be lost, that consent must be obtained at checkout. This page alone is not that consent.
What support includes
Support covers questions about the listed product, your order, and access to the files. A purchase does not include personalized coaching, implementation, custom design, revisions, legal review, or ongoing business management unless the listing explicitly includes it. Each listing identifies the version and deliverables offered; future updates are included only if expressly promised.
Before you purchase
Review our Purchase & use terms for the product license and business disclaimers, and our Privacy policy for how information is handled.
